Data & Reporting
To understand the challenges you, as a leader, and your organization face it's great to have insight into your current culture and people.
We're used to a feedback loop with our clients, why not our staff?

Not your standard employee satisfaction survey, but specified research on DEI-related topics.
Speaker & Moderator
Rixt speaks about the challenges of diversity, equity and inclusion for organizations and leadership that have a lot of other targets next to that. In an open and vulnerable way, she's able to let you experience pivotable "aha-moments". Connecting, challenging and not afraid to start deep conversations.
Societal impact
"Aren't we there yet?",
"Aren't we done by now?",
"Women have all the same rights as men, no?",
"We're just hiring the best person for the job.",
and many more comments like these are what drive me on a daily basis.
ā
Our world has become smaller and smaller with people being more connected than ever making our different identities -and the lack thereof in many places- also more visible.
Because, even though we're diverse by nature we aren't necessarily inclusive, let alone equitable*.
ā
There's a long road ahead of us to achieve this.
Why "long"? Well, because the conversation is still about the necessity of diversity and inclusion (see the examples at the top) and so we're not putting our time and energy towards the solutions.
ā
That's why it's my mission to contribute to a more diverse, inclusive and equitable world in as many shapes and sizes as needed.
