The 6-month AGENT OF CHANGE coaching program provides participants with a comprehensive solution to enhance their understanding, skills, and ability to foster inclusion and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

 

Through this program, participants will:
 

  • Gain In-depth Knowledge: Participants will develop a deep understanding of the concepts and principles of DEI, including the historical context, biases, privilege, equity, and intersectionality. This knowledge will enable them to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.
     

  • Develop Self-Awareness: Participants will engage in activities and exercises that encourage self-reflection and self-awareness. They will identify their own biases and privilege, enabling them to approach DEI work with greater sensitivity and empathy.
     

  • Cultivate a Data-Driven Approach: Participants will learn how to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to diversity and inclusion. They will develop skills to set measurable goals, track progress, and hold themselves and their organizations accountable for creating inclusive environments.
     

  • Foster Allyship and Collaboration: The program will equip participants with the skills to become effective allies, advocating for underrepresented individuals and communities. They will learn how to recognize and address performative allyship, fostering authentic and impactful relationships across diverse groups.
     

  • Overcome Resistance and Challenge Biases: Participants will develop strategies to navigate resistance and pushback commonly encountered during DEI initiatives. They will learn techniques to mitigate bias in decision-making processes and create inclusive spaces where all individuals feel valued and heard.
     

  • Catalyze Transformation and Sustainability: The program will empower participants to become change agents within their organizations. They will gain leadership skills to drive DEI initiatives, mobilize resources, and create a sustainable culture of inclusion that extends beyond the program's duration.
     

Overall, the program offers a comprehensive solution that combines knowledge, self-awareness, data-driven approaches, allyship, and leadership skills. Participants will be equipped to challenge systemic barriers, promote equity, and create a workplace environment that celebrates diversity, fosters inclusion, and drives meaningful transformation.
