The 6-month AGENT OF CHANGE coaching program provides participants with a comprehensive solution to enhance their understanding, skills, and ability to foster inclusion and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
Through this program, participants will:

Gain In-depth Knowledge: Participants will develop a deep understanding of the concepts and principles of DEI, including the historical context, biases, privilege, equity, and intersectionality. This knowledge will enable them to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.

Develop Self-Awareness: Participants will engage in activities and exercises that encourage self-reflection and self-awareness. They will identify their own biases and privilege, enabling them to approach DEI work with greater sensitivity and empathy.
